One day I was fiddling around with my medoll and came up with this cold, winter, ice queen look. This is how to get it!
As I don't have hypercam, I don't have a video tutorial, so here is a picture and please bear with me! :)
Make-up:
Now the blue hair is optional, it also looks good with white hair but blue (in my opinion) is the best option. Use the dark blue mascara and the white lash lengthener. Fully apply some white eye liner. (Optional: For more colours, add a little bit of blue eye liner just at the end of the eye)
Now use the teal shade stick at the end area of the eye and blend it in with sky eye-shadow, also blend in with some white eye-shadow. (It isn't visible on the picture above because I had so much make-up on it wouldn't allow any more) And Optional: Blush Pink Lipstick.
Accessories:
Put as many snowflakes around your left eye as you would like ( The less you put, the cheaper it costs!) I put 6 around my eye, overlapping one another. And Optional: Pearl Necklace and tear drops in the coloured part of the eyeball for a misty-er look (Which I didn't do)
Hair:
Any that you like and think looks good :)
